Aircraft Charter (FAA Part 135 of the United States Code of Federal Regulations – CFR 14)

The Charter Client is responsible for providing the following passenger information for each passenger at its earliest opportunity, and no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date & time of departure for the first flight of a requested trip.  Any delays in providing such information may result in the delay of departure or possible cancellation of the trip in accordance with our Charter Agreement (Early Termination: Flight Cancelation Policy).  Operator is required in accordance with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations to vet all passengers with the TSA prior to boarding.  All adult passengers (18 years and over) must show a valid and unexpired Government Issued Photo Identification such as a State Issued Drivers’ License or Passport (ID). Operator will require REAL ID/STAR ID for State Issued Drivers’ Licenses in accordance with the TSA Implementation requirements (currently May 7th, 2025). Non-US citizens must show a Government Issued Passport from their country of residence. A copy of the Identification (ID) to be used is to be sent to schedule@execshares.com at clients’ earliest convenience, and no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date & time of departure.  Details of the date & time of departure and passenger name should be included in the subject line of the electronic mail message.  In the case of a Passport, the page displaying the bearer’s photograph and information should be scanned and forwarded.

In addition to this, the following information is required for each passenger, for each flight:

Passengers are required to present the same ID as previously provided to Operators’ representative prior to boarding the aircraft.  Operator’s representative will be either the Pilot In Command or Operators’ Ground Security Coordinator.  

Where Passenger’s have previously provided a copy of their ID to Operator, such information will only be required again when an updated version of their ID has been issued to Passenger.  Client consents to the secure electronic storage of Passenger ID by Operator to facilitate such duplication of tasks.

Children under the age of 18 at time of travel are not required to have an ID when accompanied by a parent/guardian.  For International flights, children under the age of 18 when traveling with a single parent/guardian must possess notarized travel authorization from the non-traveling parent/guardian.  Non US Citizens or legal residents will be required to have a valid visa to re-enter the United States for such applicable International Travel.

Transportation Security Administration (TSA)

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security requires Executive Aviation Group LLC to collect information from you for purposes of Watch List screening, under the authority of 49 U.S.C. section 114, and the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004. Providing this information is voluntary; however, if it is not provided, you may be subject to additional screening or denied transport or authorization to enter a sterile area. TSA may share information you provide with law enforcement or intelligence agencies or others under its published system of records notice.
